robotextile is an agile robotics start-up that is committed to providing the textile industry with functional new developments for separating a wide variety of fabric layers. With patented as well as newly tested complete solutions, robotextile professionally tackles the issue of automating ancillary processes in the textile industry that were previously carried out manually.
Founded in 2022, but with enormous experience in robotics, the robotextile team offers ready-to-use system solutions that use small robots and special grippers to remove individual fabric layers from the cut-to-size stack. Each fabric layer is fed separately to the next production step without picking up the bottom fabric layer.
Until now, there have been hardly any comparable solutions for this task, as they have often failed to achieve process-safe maturity and economic efficiency.

Michael Fraede and Michael Müller are the founders and managing directors of robotextile, who have understood how to focus their experience in the systems and solutions business on this challenge. robotextile is a system service provider for ready-to-use robot cells:

• Textile machine manufacturers (sewing machines, cutting tables, ironing machines, fusing machines, printing, etc.), special machinery manufacturers and
• Textile producers for ready-to-wear (clothing, shoes, bags), medical textiles, automotive textiles and industrial textiles.

The robotextile team is in regular and cooperative exchange with universities and associations that inspire and accompany their textile members for new technologies.
